Watch Your Speed
It’s hard to believe that school is almost out for the year and the warmer weather is fast approaching. Summer is right around the corner. Please continue to be aware of your traffic speed throughout the development. This is important for the safety of our children who enjoy the outdoors as well as many walker and joggers that utilize the sidewalks and streets for exercise.
Please Pick Up After Your Dog
Residents are reminded to keep their pets on a leash at all times and to remove any dog droppings immediately. Thank you.

Pennsylvania Law
§ 2-402. Clean up and Disposal of Dog Waste.
Any dog owner who travels in any public place within the Township or any private property not his or her own, shall be required to clean up all solid dog waste promptly after it occurs and dispose of it properly. Failure to do so may subject that party to the penalties set forth in § 2-403 whether or not witnessed by the enforcing officer.
Storm Cleanup
The HOA does our best to maintain the safety of the trees throughout the development. With the spring/summer storms please make sure to report any noticeable hazards to the Board.
Implementation of digital communication
The HOA board has decided to move forward with using email as our means of communication with the community. All monthly minutes and financials will be available on the website to members of our community once you sign up. You will need to sign up with your name, address, phone number and valid email address. Once you are approved you will have access to those documents. All future notifications from the board will be sent out via email. This is being done to save the community money and move away from traditional mail. HOA bills will still be mailed by our accountant and payment will continue as normal. That will not change. If you have any questions please email woodsofsaxonyinfo@gmail.com.
